App support

We make the Apple TV apps listed below. For help with any of them, email [email protected]. We answer every message, usually within two working days.

Please include

• The app name and version (shown in the app's settings or on its App Store page).
• Your Apple TV model and tvOS version (Settings, General, About).
• What you expected, what happened, and the rest of your setup: TV, receiver or soundbar, server or camera brand.

Our apps

• Jellyfin & SMB Video Player: Plays MKV, MP4 and TS from Jellyfin, SMB shares and NAS on Apple TV and iPhone. Native AVPlayer first, an FFmpeg remux path for MKV, and a VLC fallback.
• IPTVflix: M3U and Xtream player for Apple TV, iPhone and iPad with an EPG guide, movies and series with posters, and search. Bring your own playlist; no channels included.
• Atmos Speaker & Sound Test: Channel-by-channel speaker test and Dolby Atmos, 5.1 and 7.1 format tests on Apple TV, so you can hear what your receiver actually gets.
• CamWall: IP Camera Viewer: RTSP and ONVIF camera wall for Apple TV: up to four live tiles, works with Reolink, Hikvision, Dahua, Amcrest, Tapo and UniFi Protect.
• HomeWall: Smart Home Dashboard: Home Assistant dashboard for Apple TV: entities, cameras, locks and covers, with token login and no cloud.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. If something does not work, write to us first; many problems are a setting away from working.
